It's designed with safety in mind. The WAW 520 uses air switches instead of electrical controls at the operator's feet. A single press of the air pedal starts or stops the unit, which leaves both hands free to guide the shaft.

It works wet or dry, in straight or curved tubes. You can run it with water flushing or completely dry, and the flexible shaft follows curved tube runs as well as straight ones.

It's portable. At 35 lbs with a toolbox-style closure, the drive unit is easy to carry from one unit to the next.
