Tube Bundle Still In Shell

If you are not able to take the heat exchanger out of service while still in operation, we can help you size the bundle while still in service. Please Fill out the faxable or online form below.

    Below you will find a printable form you can fill out and fax over with the dimensions of the existing tube bundle you have now or you can fill out this online form below and submit. If the tube bundle is still in the shell please call toll free for help 1-800-780-3776.

  • For overall length, measure from where the head flange meets the tubesheet, to the end of the shell.
  • For measurement B, measure from where the head flange meets the tubesheet, to the weld on the shell before the dished cap begins.
  • For measurement C, measure the O.D. of the shell.
  • For measurement D, measure the O.D. of the flange.
  • The tubesheet is located between the head flange, and the shell flange.
  • Measure the diameter of the tubesheet. NOTE: This should be different than measurement C.
  • Measure the diameter of the tubesheet. NOTE: This should be different than measurement C.
